Machine Description :

The tenter frame generation with state-of-the- art technology in the detail for the cost - reducing, quality-promoting,thermal treatment of fabrics.




Process:

Tenter frame from wet or dry fabric, drying after dyeing, impregnating from dry fabric, impregnating from wet fabric, drying after coating or lamination and so on.

Equipment characteristics:

1.Double station unwinding ,centrally driven batcher unwinding that for non-stop fabric working to change the rolling. The J-box and accumulator inlet options are avaliable.

2.Squeezing units is manufactured from complete steel palte with 2 squeezing rollers with 400 mm diameter and a liquid bowl with 304 stainless steel.

3.Entery fabric feeding unit.Top and bottom overfeeding rollers with separate speed and overfeeding control.Overfeeding rang is -10% —+35%. And equipped with edge gluing system and IR edge drying system.

4.The unique design and high-performance of the nozzle that make the fabric with well setting and drying.

5.Perfect tempetature distribution. Frequency - controlled air circulation fan for independent adjustment of upper and lower air flow.
